Refund Policy

At Sad Gengar TCG, we believe in transparency and fairness. Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Because our products are collectible and often sealed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Unsatisfactory pack pulls or card value

  • Opened or tampered items

  • Shipping delays beyond our control


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for clear photographs to verify the issue.

Depending on availability and the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund for the item (excluding shipping charges)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Sad Gengar TCG is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” that are not received

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers

We recommend checking with your local post office if a package is missing.


Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.
