Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sad Gengar TCG. We aim to get your cards to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details regarding delivery timelines, carriers, and expectations.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if your order is delayed beyond our normal window.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at SadGengarTCG@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before shipping.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Sad Gengar TCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office or delivery provider.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally. Orders placed with international addresses may be automatically canceled and refunded.
